Cara Membuat

  1. Panaskan air lalu masukkan kencur, jahe, kunyit, air asam, gula pasir dan gula jawa.
  2. Biarkan hingga mendidih.
  3. Jika sudah mendidih, saring air rebusan tersebut untuk memisahkan ampas dengan air yang jernih.
  4. Selanjutnya, masukkan sedikit beras yang sudah halus.
  5. Jika Anda ingin rasa kencur lebih nendang, kamu bisa menambahkan beberapa kencur mentah yang telah geprek ke dalam air jamu.
  6. Aduk hingga rata dan tunggu pati beras mengendap di bawah.
